KC Music Festival
Charity music festival and banquet to benefit Tulare High School Music Programs. Performances by Tulare Union, Western and Mission Oak high school jazz bands and the Tulare Community Stage Band. Key note speaker Mr. Bill Ingram. Tulare County Supervisor Pete Vander Poel will present a county proclamation designating March 2018 as Tulare County Music Education Awareness month.
