Bio: Faith Lisle Driscoll was born and raised in Fresno. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She continued her education at San Joaquin College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree.
Her legal practice is concentrated in the areas of employment compliance and litigation. She assists employers in disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
Ms. Driscoll also drafts employment agreements and ensures employment handbooks are compliant with state and federal law. Additional areas of representation include general business litigation matters including breach of contract, torts and commercial collections.
