Tulare Community Band Holiday Concert
Annual Holiday Concert by the Tulare Community Band. Made-up of musicians throughout Tulare County. The TCBand is in its 9th season under the direction of Mr. Bill Ingram The band will perform Holiday music, Marches, Broadway, and traditional concert band literature.
