The Leadership Tulare program is a ten-month course of study, beginning with a retreat in September. It includes ten all-day sessions, including a two-day overnight trip to the State Capitol in Sacramento, and seven evening sessions devoted to skills training. Each day session focuses on a general topic, with specific subjects discussed by experts in each field. The curriculum covers:
