• Melody Nameni, DO, Joins Adventist Health in Hanford and Tulare

    CENTRAL VALLEY – Adventist Health is pleased to welcome board-certified family medicine physician Melody Nameni, DO, to locations in Hanford and Tulare. Dr. Nameni provides a full range of care for every phase of life, including pediatric and women’s health. She also treats patients with chronic and complex conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

    “I became a physician because of my curiosity of the human body coupled with health for others and giving back to the community,” she said. “I enjoy building relationships with my patients and impacting their life by keeping them as healthy as possible.”

    Dr. Nameni earned her medical degree from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. She completed her residency at the Adventist Health Family Medicine Residency in Tulare where she received the 2023 Physician of the Year Award for the Adventist Health Central Valley Network from the Tulare Hospital Foundation. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and fluent in both English and Farsi.

    When not caring for patients, Dr. Nameni enjoys spending time with Storm, her German Shepard, and hiking and traveling.
