INNOVATORS by Design Conference – October 8, 2025

The INNOVATORS by Design Conference returns on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Visalia Convention Center. This annual event brings together leaders from workforce, education, and industry to explore strategies that drive innovation, collaboration, and workforce development across the region.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Jean Twenge, an expert on generational differences and the impact of technology in the workplace. Attendees will also benefit from eight breakout sessions covering topics such as cross-collaboration success stories, leadership development, and a multi-industry listening session focused on job readiness skills.

A highlight of the event will be the presentation of 10 INNOVATORS by Design Awards, recognizing organizations and individuals making significant contributions to workforce and business innovation.
