This session will focus on capital, capacity, and contract readiness, walking participants through the practical steps that happen long before a proposal is submitted. Attendees will also learn how to navigate the Contractors Corner to find contracting opportunities and key contacts.

The workshop is ideal for small businesses and contractors looking to strengthen their readiness, better understand the process, and position themselves for future Caltrans projects.

Hosted by Caltrans District 10 in partnership with California small business support agencies.
