    Cars on K brings thousands of attendees to Downtown Tulare for a high-energy, family-friendly event filled with classic cars, local businesses, and community pride. Vendor participation offers excellent visibility, steady foot traffic, and the opportunity to engage directly with customers throughout the day.

    Vendor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.


    Vendor Pricing

    Food Vendors

    • $150 – Chamber Members
    • $200 – Non-Members
    • Plus applicable Tulare County Health & Human Services fees


    Food vendors are subject to approval and space availability to ensure a balanced variety of offerings.

    Non-Food Vendors

    • $50 – Chamber Members
    • $75 – Non-Members


    Non-food vendors are encouraged to offer interactive, engaging, or visually appealing booths to enhance the overall event experience.


    Important Vendor Requirements


    All vendors must comply with the Cars on K Vendor Agreement and event policies. Key requirements include the following.

    Food Vendor Requirements

    Food vendors are required to:

    • Complete and submit a Tulare County Health & Human Services Temporary Food Permit
    • Pay all applicable county health department fees directly
    • Submit proof of health permit to the Tulare Chamber of Commerce no later than March 20, 2026
    • Provide at least one fire extinguisher at the booth
    • Indicate whether operating from a trailer and provide trailer dimensions, including hitch length


    Health permits and compliance with county guidelines are mandatory for participation.

    Non-Food Vendor Requirement

    All non-food vendors are required to:

    • Donate a raffle prize valued at a minimum of $25


    Raffle prizes support event engagement and contribute to the overall attendee experience.


    Booth Setup and Event Logistics

    • Booth spaces are approximately 10x10
    • Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, and display materials
    • There is no electrical power or water available on site
    • All vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 am
    • Vendors must remain open until 2:00 pm
    • Booth breakdown may not begin before 2:00 pm
    • All materials must be removed by 3:00 pm

    Additional Vendor Policies

    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes
    • All vendor staff must conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner
    • Items for sale must align with family-friendly values and match the products listed on the application
    • The event reserves the right to limit similar vendor types, particularly food vendors, to maintain balance
    • Vendors must obtain a City of Tulare Business License and submit it to the Chamber by March 20, 2026
    • Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Tulare Chamber of Commerce as Additional Insured
      • Minimum coverage: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate

    Weather, Cancellations, and Refunds

    Cars on K does not have a rain date. Please refer to the Vendor Agreement for full details regarding weather, cancellations, and refund policies.
