Global Winter Wonderland Tulare - Magic of the Seasons
This holiday season, the Tulare County Fairgrounds will be transformed into a magical world of light and cultural entertainment that will allow attendees to celebrate the “Magic of the Seasons” This event is a 30 day festival with beautiful displays made of Chinese lanterns up to 7 stories high. Enjoy Global Winter Wonderland’s very own Circus of Light with multicultural acts! The Circus of Light performs 5 times a night every night the event is open. In addition guests can enjoy a full carnival filled with family friendly rides and games, enjoy holiday shopping and visit with Santa and Penny the Penguin!
