The City of Tulare invites residents, community organizations, and stakeholders to review and provide feedback on the draft 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan, which outlines how more than $1.1 million in federal funding is proposed to be used for local projects and community programs.

April 17 – May 19, 2026
Community input is an important part of this process, helping ensure funding decisions reflect local needs and priorities.
